Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS exam, ensuring they achieve their desired scores through structured and engaging training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IELTS training classes (academic/general) for students.
Provide individualized feedback and guidance to students to enhance their test performance.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and practice materials.
Monitor students progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam trends and requirements.
Conduct mock tests and evaluate students performance.
Offer tips and strategies to help students achieve high band scores.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in [relevant field] or equivalent.
Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of IELTS test formats, question types, and scoring systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA (preferred but not mandatory).
