Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure service management strategies to support business requirements and performance goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the operations architecture aligns with business objectives and meets performance goals.

Provide technical guidance and support to operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of infrastructure service management strategies.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the operations architecture supports business requirements and performance goals.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology architecture and infrastructure service management, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:
