Your day will involve overseeing operational tasks, ensuring team efficiency, and maintaining service excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Manage work assignments effectively.

Drive people management activities within the delivery team.

Ensure service delivery quality and cost management.

Maintain operational efficiency.

Monitor and improve service excellence.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Strong understanding of cloud-based services.

Experience with service delivery operations.

Knowledge of project management principles.

Hands-on experience with data analysis tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365.

This position is based at our Noida office.
