Summary:The ISA Global Voice Operations Engineer is responsible for the deployment and operational support of Accenture's Global Voice infrastructure. As part of Accenture's Global Voice team, you will be asked to report and/or escalate issues to management, manage complex projects with minimal supervision or guidance, maintain and update voice system and voice-routing documentation. You will also be working in alignment to processes such as problem management; diagnosis, escalation, tracking and resolution. Perform traffic engineering analysis on network facilities and so on. This role is best filled with someone that has strong voice and network background with mostly voice experience. Also, we are looking for someone that enjoys solving difficult problems with a creative and innovative mindset and working in a collaborative environment. This will be a global role, where the team will be in multiple locations. On-Call responsibilities require after hours and occasional weekend work. Due to the global nature of the infrastructure and the distributed nature of the administration teamwork, hours may vary depending on the incidents in progress, system changes planned, and meetings being held. Technical Responsibilities:Engineer, Deploy and provide Operational support to Accenture's Voice technologies to support business connectivity for both internal and external clients.Provide Tier 3 operational voice support for deployed technologies:Microsoft Teams Ribbon Voice Gateways (1K/2K/5K)Cisco Call Managers, Cisco Cube and other Cisco IPT Voice devicesCisco Webex control HubCall Center APPs (Cisco UCCX/CUAC/Microsoft Call Queues) Voicemail Systems (Cisco Unity)T1/E1/SIP circuits for call routingToll Bypass Voice infrastructurePolycom TelephonyManage vendor and/or product provisioning, procurement, and delivery of voice services hardware and software.Work with multiple teams to ensure that shared infrastructure is meeting functional, service level and budgetary requirements.Maintain a high level of knowledge on the deployment of voice technologies.
Qualifications:EducationDegree/Diploma in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience - Diploma in Computer Science/B.Sc./BE/B-Tech.
