Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and marketing objectives. Identify opportunities for leveraging marketing automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert advice on selecting the most suitable B2B marketing automation platform.
- Gather business requirements, design process & solution for implementation of marketing & sales automation platforms in B2B environment leveraging tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing CRM, Marketo, AJO, Pardot.
- Serve as CRM solution consultant and design lead nurturing workflows, email marketing campaigns, and automated customer engagement programs.
- Work as a BA or Lead the implementation and configuration of B2B marketing automation platforms, such as MS Dynamics 365, Marketo, AJO, Pardot.
- Create and execute targeted email campaigns, drip sequences and monitor campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
- Develop documentation and training materials to support ongoing platform usage and skill development.
- Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials, and operating drivers across multiple industry segments.
- Aside from client delivery, the selected candidate will also drive business development efforts.

- Functional proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Insights (Marketing Module).
- Capability to describe D365 Sales and Customer Insights functionalities (Journeys, Segments, Forms, Triggers, Opportunities, etc.).
- Capability to describe integrations of MSD Customer Insights with other Microsoft tools (M365, Copilot products, Azure).
- Basic to advance level of understanding and knowledge in Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Proficient in marketing research and analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Creating and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong understanding of Marketing processes, operating model, marketing & Advertising technologies, and integrations with other technologies.
