HR Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development of our workforce. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring our company's human capital serves the best interests of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversee employee performance management, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations and feedback.
• Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and ensuring a positive organizational culture.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR-related regulations, keeping up-to-date with legal developments.
• Drive employee engagement and retention through initiatives, benefits management, and professional development opportunities.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and other compensation processes in coordination with finance and other departments.
• Organize training programs and workshops to develop employee skills and enhance team performance.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage off boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for senior management.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 6-10 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
