Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual for the position of Sales Coordinator. This role will involve supporting the sales team, managing client inquiries, tracking proposals and meetings, and ensuring smooth execution of various sales processes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • RO Preparation & Campaign Management:
    • Manage the preparation of RO (Release Orders) from start to finish.
    • Ensure the smooth process for live status updates, any alterations required, and halting campaigns if needed.
    • Ensure all changes are communicated and documented clearly to all relevant teams.
  • Meeting & Proposal Tracking:
    • Maintain daily meeting reports, capturing details of meetings scheduled by the pre-sales team as well as those conducted by the sales team.
    • Track and document all proposals sent to clients across various categories.
    • Keep accurate records of expected closure timelines for each proposal, providing status updates on progress and expected closure dates.
  • Inbound Inquiry Handling:
    • Handle and manage inbound client inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure that inquiries are responded to in a timely manner and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
  • Payment Follow-up & Record Maintenance:
    • Follow up with clients regarding payments and update the payment status in the record sheets.
    • Ensure timely communication with the finance team to resolve any payment-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Quiz Management:
    • Handle the execution of both old and new quizzes, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process.
    • Coordinate with the relevant teams for quiz execution and follow up with clients for feedback and next steps.
  • Tele calling
    • Handling Inbound calls.
    • Also doing outbound calls on leads generated by BDM team

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Previous experience in handling proposals, meetings, and client communications is a plus.
