Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist and Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations in the office while providing a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, ensuring availability and ordering when necessary.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain office filing system and assist with data entry tasks.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Support office management with various tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times.
  • Provide assistance to staff with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (Any field, prefered ) (Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus).
  • 1-4 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
