Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients, handle their queries, and provide necessary information.
  
• Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail.
  
• Provide exceptional guest relations by ensuring a warm welcome, addressing concerns, and offering assistance as needed.
  
• Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, attendance tracking, and office correspondence.
  
• Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and preparing reports.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in receptionist activities or related field (front desk management).
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent telephone operating abilities.
  
• Proficiency in front office software applications (e.g., scheduling tools) is an asset.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
