Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Noida sector 63.
Education: MBA HR (preferable)
Experience: 9+ years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting Operations in any Ad-hoc / calendarized engagement activity covering R&R, Talent management for respective vertical etc.
2. Policy Development & Implementation:
Draft, review, and update HR policies and employee handbooks, ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards.
Collaborate with leadership to develop policies that support the companys strategic objectives and culture.
Educate and train managers and employees on policy changes and updates.
Serve as a subject matter expert for HR policies, offering guidance to staff and management.
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and disciplinary matters, ensuring a fair and objective approach.
Advise managers on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Develop strategies to improve employee engagement and promote a positive work environment.
Mediate disputes between employees and management, ensuring adherence to company policies and a respectful resolution.
4. Provide HR leadership: skill and proficiency in working closely with business leaders and employees to formulate goals and practices that support business unit strategies.
5. Compliance management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices. Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure the companys policies and practices are in line with current legislation.
6. Conducting Exit Interviews for resigned employees and escalate issues, if any, arising out of exit interview.
7. Highlighting any anomalies / deviations noted within the process to Reporting Supervisor for necessary action.
8. Organizational Design, Change Management, and Business Partnering, compensation and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years in HR, with a focus on compliance, policy management, and employee relations.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in HR.
Soft skills:
Excellent communication
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
