Liaisoning Architect (Back Office)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of municipal plans and case files for NOCs.
• Representing various departments to obtain permissions and approvals.
• Keeping records updated and monitoring the project (status of permissions, approvals, and site status).
• Providing strategic guidance for the project.
• Ensuring the preparation of municipal plans and liaising with departments for permissions.
• Providing feedback to design teams and supporting Field Operations (FO).
• Conducting in-depth analysis and critical study of files.

Required Skills:

• Preferred Skills: Municipal drawing, FSI calculation, DCPR, Liaison consultant, License surveyor, Government Relations, Real Estate Architecture.
