Job Description

Job Title:

Business Development & Liaisoning


Location: Nandigam, Umbergaon


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Liaisoning to drive strategic business growth and establish key relationships with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business development, with strong connections within the industry, and proven skills in regulatory compliance and relationship management to facilitate smooth project execution.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, including land acquisition, joint ventures, partnerships, and other growth avenues in the real estate sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to target new clients, markets, and revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess new opportunities and forecast trends in the real estate industry.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, financial models, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, investors, and partners to secure new projects and collaborations.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize business deals, contracts, and agreements.

Liaisoning:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and various government departments, regulatory authorities, and municipal bodies.
  • Facilitate the approval process for projects by securing necessary clearances, permits, and licenses from regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate with local, state, and national authorities to ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and legal regulations for real estate developments.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including with government officials, policy-makers, and regulatory authorities, to ensure timely and favorable project execution.
  • Stay updated on policy changes, government schemes, and industry regulations, and advise management on their impact on ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Represent the company in meetings with public officials, attend industry events, and engage in networking to build a positive public image for the organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development and liaisoning, preferably within the real estate, infrastructure, or construction industries.
  • Strong network and working relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and municipal authorities.
  • Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and drive projects through regulatory processes.
  • Familiarity with land acquisition processes, zoning laws, and urban development policies.
  • Experience in market research, financial analysis, and project feasibility.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business development tools.
