Job Description


Overview : As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's sales performance and expanding its market presence. You will be responsible for implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to meet targets, fostering relationships with key clients, and leading business development efforts. Your primary focus will be on managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that sales objectives are met while maintaining top-tier customer service and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Target Achievement:

    • Drive sales performance by developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including interior designers, architects, and other industry professionals.
    • Regularly interact with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Account Management:

    • Monitor and analyze the performance of key accounts to identify opportunities for growth or improvements.
    • Address any performance issues with appropriate actions, ensuring optimal business outcomes and maintaining high service standards.
    • Work with clients to ensure compliance with the company's credit policies, minimizing risks and ensuring smooth transactions.

Channel Sales & Lead Generation:

    • Develop and implement strategies for channel sales and lead generation to expand the customer base.
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align business strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Participate in cross-functional activities to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Analysis:

    • Regularly report on sales performance, key account activities, and market trends to senior management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to refine sales strategies and improve results.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and interpret sales trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
