Retail Store Manager - Ucuoro Designs (Furnitue/Ecommerce/Retail)

Job Summary:
The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retail store. This includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager ensures that the store runs smoothly, is well-stocked, and provides a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise store employees. Schedule shifts and ensure team members are performing well.
• Customer Service: Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by providing friendly and helpful service. Address customer concerns and resolve issues quickly.
• Sales & Targets: Set and achieve sales goals. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase store revenue.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels. Order new stock, ensure products are displayed correctly, and track any stock discrepancies.
• Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment. Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are properly labeled.
• Cash Handling: Oversee cash registers, process transactions, and ensure the accuracy of cash handling.
• Reports & Admin: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, stock levels, and staff performance.
