Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory control, shrinkage reduction, and loss prevention.
  
• Oversee floor management to ensure efficient use of space and optimal customer experience.
  
• Develop and implement effective store merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in retail store operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in retail store operations or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of inventory control, inventory management, loss prevention, and shrinkage control principles.
  
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process improvements and cost reductions.
