General Tips: Met asst manager HR, she asked about few questions and about my past company experience growth chart and shared details.
She liked me and took second round of interview with sr. HR
She asked abt work profile , interest and expected ctc and called for another round of interview with CEO
I was shortlisted for two profiles
Sales and 2nd was CRM

Interview with CEO
He asked about work , studies and what added value u can add

But he chose me for a diff role international business as I had done my EMBA in that.
He uses my strength for a introducing something new.
Omkar is wonderful organisation who grooms u and also makes u utilise your strength.

They are employee centric and customer centric too. Which is a unique combination.
