Business Development Manager - Jewellery

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the gems & jewellery industry, focusing on B2B and B2C channels.
  
• Manage key accounts, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new opportunities for client acquisition through direct marketing efforts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, promotions, and campaigns across multiple channels (BDM).
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform data-driven decision making.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in luxury goods retail or related industries such as apparel, watches, or gems.
  
• Proven track record of success in business development management (BDM) roles within the gems & jewellery sector.
  
• Strong understanding of channel sales strategies including B2B and B2C distribution networks.
  
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software.
