Role & responsibilities

• Legal scrutiny reports: Preparing legal scrutiny reports to help clients with property due diligence
• Legal opinions: Providing legal opinions to clients
• Contract drafting: Drafting and vetting contracts and other documents
• Case management: Managing assigned cases and reporting escalations
• Liaising: Liaising with clients and external counsels
• Research: Conducting research on land laws and coordinating with vendors
• Property registration: Handling property registration work
• Landlord interactions: Interacting with landlords
• Government office visits: Visiting relevant government offices
• Record gathering: Gathering records
• Real estate law knowledge: Having sound knowledge of real estate laws
• Litigation, mortgage, and documentation: Being well known for litigation, mortgage, and documentation
• Deeds and notices: Being good at analyzing deeds and drafting notices

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have hands on experience in all the above areas

Able to Read, Write & Speak Kannada (Mandatory)
