Liaisoning Coordinator

The Liaisoning & Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication and compliance with various government departments, including Labour, BOCW, Environment, Green Building, NGT, and Pollution departments. The role involves strategic coordination, managing documentation, and maintaining effective relationships with key officials to achieve organizational goals while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Strategic Coordination:
• Meet with department officials to move files and achieve tasks.
• Develop strategies for file progression and task completion.

• Documentation:
• Draft letters for file movement to various departments.
• Prepare affidavits, formalities, and checklists for compliance.

• Regulatory Compliance:
• Liaise with Labour, BOCW, Environment, Green Building, NGT, and Pollution departments for approvals and compliance.

• File Management:
• Track and organize files and documentation.
• Follow up with officials for timely approvals and updates.

• Stakeholder Management:
• Build relationships with government officials and departments.
• Serve as the point of contact for regulatory matters.

• Reporting:
• Provide updates to management on compliance status and issues.
• Assist in internal reports and audits.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of Labour, BOCW, Environment, Green Building, NGT, and Pollution regulations.
• Previous experience in liaisoning or compliance roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Candidate should be presentable with good communication skills.
• Candidate should be strong coordination skills.
