AGM/DGM - Civil Structural Designer

Job Summary:

The Structural Coordination Engineer will manage coordination between structural consultants and various teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient project delivery. The role involves design review, value engineering, and on-site decision-making to resolve construction issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with structural consultants for reviews, timely deliverables, and information flow.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP, procurement, cost management, and strategy teams.
• Implement value engineering processes and explore cost-effective solutions.
• Review design reports, calculations, drawings, and structural analysis using ETABS, SAFE, SAP, StaadPro.
• Ensure accurate and timely structural drawings for smooth construction.
• Provide on-site problem-solving for construction and design-related issues.
• Design small structures as needed and advise on phasing, pouring plans, and retrofitting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP, StaadPro.
• Strong communication and on-site problem-solving skills.
