Responsible for: Operations (Technical) in AIAL

Overall Purpose of the Role:

To oversee and manage all technical and administrative support services and activities at the site, ensuring smooth airport operations and maintenance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Direct daily facility-related and technical support services.
• Ensure all electrical systems are within design limits and critical equipment is operational.
• Conduct regular inspections and report findings.
• Coordinate monthly billing and payments for contractors and vendors.
• Develop and implement ISO systems and processes.
• Create and manage annual operating budgets.
• Ensure team compliance with safety and grooming standards.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients.
• Supervise technical team and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Manage HR compliance documents and duty rosters.
• Maintain stock of consumables and equipment.
• Ensure all team members have valid AEP & ADP.
• Utilize technology like CMMS and GPS trackers.
• Conduct routine fire detection system checks.
• Coordinate with colleagues and seniors for procedure development.
• Brief technical staff on roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain records of work performed and ensure quality.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Innovate and implement energy management ideas.
• Supervise staff and ensure high standards of operations and maintenance.
