Experience: Min 3 Yrs in chemical plant (Mandatory)

Education: BSC+ Advance diploma in industrial Safety - Pass out from MSBTE (Mandatory)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, gu Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environment
• Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented i.e. emergency response systems, etc.Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees
• Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.Basic knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001management system Maintain Records for Near Miss & Unsafe conditions & take preventive measures as required , Taking the round to the entire premises
• ETP samples collection & submission to the lab & taking the approval for the discharge of effluent TBT of contractual workers,.Follow up of ETP and Fire work ELN work.
• Safety Induction training of new joinees
• Fillup of GPC check sheet
• Action plan against findings of GPC Checksheet
• NDO follow up sheet updation & assigninig the Qurey to related Department.
• Work permit Entry & Audit of the same,update permits records,Work permit verification.Work permit review and permit entry
• Notifying the unsafe act & unsafe condition & updatation in the weekly safety report
• Counselling of the person working in unsafe condition / found in performing of the unsafe act Checking the VOC of the lab area & updation of meter reading in the related excel sheet.
• Eye wash checking and filling checklist
• Knowledge about handling of scrubber system.
• Knowledge of STP & WTP
