Admin Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our fertility clinic. You will play a vital role in supporting our clinical staff and patients, creating a welcoming and positive environment for everyone.

Responsibilities:

• Facility Management:
• Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the clinic facilities, including scheduling cleaning services, ordering supplies, and coordinating minor repairs.
• Manage inventory of medical and office supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to staff
• Answer phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
• Greet and welcome patients, providing clear instructions and directions.
• Manage petty cash and reconcile accounts.
• Event Coordination:
• Plan and coordinate events at the centre
• Arrange travel and accommodation on need basis
• Technology Support:
• Provide basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Maintain clinic databases and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
