Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

The Admin Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in the creation, review, and processing of purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of all POs and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle bill submissions and maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
• Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Provide backup support for day-to-day administrative activities.
• Manage ad hoc tasks, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and handling office supplies.
• Support various departments with administrative requirements as needed.
• Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external vendors.
• Ensure smooth communication flow and address administrative queries efficiently.
• Maintain organized records and databases for administrative purposes.
• Ensure all data entries and files are up-to-date and accessible.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in administrative or operational support roles is a plus. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP).
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
