Admin Executive

Role & responsibilities

Work Related:

• Facility Management
• To manage Travel desk/Security/Courier desk/Printing/Stationery
• To manage preventive maintenance of AC/company-owned vehicles/DG sets, etc
• To manage liaison with MCGM and consultants for implementation of SHOP and establishment act requirements
• Contract Management & Payables (Vendor Invoicing/Indents and Orders)
• Take leadership in monitoring admin-related expenses and waste control
• Reports & MIS generation

Preferred candidate profile

At least 1 to 2 years of responsible-level experience in a corporate setup (Preferably from the similar or service industry)

Competencies required for the role:

Functional Competencies:

• Good negotiation skills
• Expertise in MIS/Excel/Billing software desired
