Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute Amazon& Flipkart strategies aligned with overall business goals, focusing on driving sales and increasing visibility.
• Managing Ads on other platforms like Nykaa, Purplle, D2C etc.
• Manage end-to-end Amazon & Flipkartadvertising campaigns, including keyword research, campaign setup, budget management, and performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to achieve maximum return on ad spend.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure that advertising efforts are aligned with product launches, promotions, and overall brand messaging.
• Stay current with industry trends, Amazon algorithm updates, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain a strong market position.
• Utilize Amazon's advertising tools and platforms effectively, while exploring innovative solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimising Amazon advertising campaigns, with a strong track record of driving sales and achieving ROAS targets.
• Proficiency in utilising Amazon Advertising Console, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other relevant tools. Certification is a plus.
• Prior Experience in Flipkart Ads is a must
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data interpretation to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvements.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
