Job Description

Role & responsibilities


We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Accounts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and managing key channel partner relationships across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and RK World. This role demands strong organizational skills, analytical expertise, and a proactive approach to achieve sales targets and optimize performance.


Key Responsibilities:

    • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
    • Identify growth opportunities and new product listing strategies on partner platforms.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and RK World.
    • Negotiate contracts, promotional plans, and resolve operational issues to enhance partner satisfaction.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal inventory availability across platforms.
    • Minimize stockouts and overstock situations through accurate forecasting.
    • Regularly analyze sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
    • Provide actionable insights to enhance growth and address challenges.
    • Design and execute promotions such as discounts, coupons, freebies, bundle offers, and cart deals to boost sales.
    • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling campaign assets.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Ability to create impactful presentations using MS PowerPoint.
    • Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to senior management.
    • Ensure data-driven decision-making through accurate and timely reporting.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or a sales-driven role.
  • Strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
