Patient Comms & MarTech Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Marketing & Communications champ with exposure to healthcare and healthtech industry. Great understanding of healthcare landscape and communication strategies with a clear objective of Engagement, Retention and deriving more value from each patient in the more non-transactional way possible. This position also requires a great understanding of omnichannel tools and data-led insights to run automated journeys, communication series through Email, SMS, Whatsapp, Notifications etc. by leveraging platforms like Netcore, WebEngage, CleverTap etc.

Required Skills

• Omnichannel &MarTech: Business understanding, patient research and then crafting and automating communication marrying both in the most non-transactional way possible. Extensive know-how of omnichannel tools like Netcore, WebEngage etc. to drive patient communication and build engagement that is inline with business and brand objectives
• Research: Ability to conduct thorough research to gather information and align with variety of communications accordingly
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with the different stake holders within or outside of organisation like: creative team, performance team, medical team, external third-party agencies/partners etc.
• Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Compliance: Ensure all content complies with healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws (HIIPAA), and ethical guideline

Desired Skills

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry and patient communications
• Extensive knowledge of MarTech/Omnichannel tools like Netcore, WebEngage, CleverTap etc.
• Basic understanding of terms like WebHooks, UTM parameters, Landing Pages, Conversion Rate Optimisation, HTMLs
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Word & Power Point)
• Knowledge of tools like Grammarly, Copyscape etc.

Soft Skill Requirements

• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Strong ability to understand business requirements quickly and translating them into an omnichannel strategy right from Onboarding to Engagement to Retention to Upsell/Cross Sell

Experience &Academics

• Min 7-9 years of experience in a reputed Healthcare/HealthTech company, MarTech Companies handing healthcare clients, IT/ITES companies managing communication automation
• Thorough understanding of Healthcare business and patient communications
• MBA in Marketing with Diploma in MarTech or Certificate in Omnichannel Communication & Tools
• Proven experience in MarTech handing good portfolio can be considered, without a formal degree, for exceptional candidates

Job Responsibilities (indicative but limited to)

• Closely work with medical team and clinics to understand their pain points, protocols and craft communications
• Continuously do patient research to understand their pain-points, their medical requirements on various parameters and develop communications which is impactful yet non-transactional in nature
• Build onboarding journeys, communication series by leveraging data available in the company or create own data with new research and surveys
• Closely working with IT team and third-party vendors to get maximum value out of the platform and fool-proof plan to drive long-term patient engagement, patient retention and life-time value
• Have technical know-how of omnichannel platform setup, web hooks, html embedding, utm parameters, tracking and monitoring, campaign performance analysis, data-analysis, App SDK customisation, JS script for website to track & analyse data and build relevant communication using Website, App, Email, SMS, Whatsapp, RCS, Notifications etc.
• Continuously keep self updated on various regulatory mandates like TRAI Regulations, GDPR Regulations, DDPD etc. to remain complaint all the time with data safety, privacy policies of the land and the law.

Continuously do A/B tests and course correct wherever needed basis data-analysis to gain maximum value from the all the campaigns
