We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Dietician to join our fertility care team and support our patients with nutrition plans that enhance reproductive health.

Job Summary: As a Dietician specializing in fertility, you will work closely with patients to design individualized nutrition plans aimed at optimizing fertility, supporting reproductive health, and improving the overall well-being of those trying to conceive. You will collaborate with the fertility specialists, endocrinologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' nutritional needs based on their medical history, fertility issues, and lifestyle.
• Create personalized nutrition plans to support fertility, including strategies for weight management, hormone regulation, and overall health.
• Provide education and counseling to individuals and couples on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications to improve fertility.
• Work with patients undergoing fertility treatments (e.g., IVF, IUI) to optimize their diet before, during, and after treatment.
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed to align with fertility goals.
• Stay up to date on the latest research and trends related to fertility and nutrition.
• Provide emotional and psychological support through diet and lifestyle changes, offering a holistic approach to fertility.
• Collaborate with the medical team to offer integrated care and ensure dietary plans complement other treatments.
• Offer advice on supplements, vitamins, and minerals that may enhance fertility.
• Host workshops or seminars to educate patients about the role of nutrition in fertility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN) or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical nutrition, with a focus on fertility and reproductive health (preferred).
• Strong understanding of fertility and reproductive health issues, including the impact of diet on hormonal balance and fertility.
• Knowledge of nutrition for specific conditions related to fertility, such as PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid disorders, and more.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills to work effectively with patients.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a strong desire to help others.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a fertility clinic or with patients trying to conceive.
• Knowledge of alternative medicine, holistic health practices, or functional medicine (a plus).
• Familiarity with meal planning software or nutritional tracking tools.
