Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the embryology laboratory, including day-to-day operations and lab maintenance.
• Perform advanced procedures such as ICSI, Vitrification, Thawing, and Embryo Transfer.
• Ensure accurate documentation of lab processes and patient data.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Embryology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an embryology laboratory.
