Counsellor

Job Location : Jagtial

Responsibilities

• Perform initial consultations and take a detailed medical history
• Monitor patients progress post OT procedures as per protocols
• Assist in scan room procedures 
• Preparing Discharge Summaries
• Maintain accurate and clear medical records
• Update patient records in ARTis
• Counsel patients on their fertility options, provide ongoing care & emotional support
• Conduct Financial counselling in absence of Counsellor or during busy OP days at Centre for SA (Semen Analysis), DFI (DNA Fragmentation Index) etc
• Assist & accompany during the Out-Reach Camps (ORCs)
• Adhere to protocols given by Clinical Head / Consultant.
• Collaborate with all the departments to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Assist the Clinical Head
• Ensure patient safety, confidentiality at all times. 
• Assist on Sundays for In-house camps. (Compensatory off will be generated which can be taken later)
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in fertility treatment
• Any other responsibility entrusted by Manager / Management from time to time
• Travel across locations of the organization from time to time on a need basis.
