Job Description:
Proactive performer required for administrative tasks and ensure that all office tasks run smoothly and in a timely manner. The responsibilities may include drafting letters, emails, filing, preparing reports, handling HR activities like screening and shortlisting candidates for appointment, ordering office supplies and answering phone calls, handling all sort of office correspondence, courier management, travel arrangements, vendor management, set up meetings, schedules, etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be Graduate and Female candidate only
- HR Administrator Day-to-day activities including maintenance of the Employee Records and Systems (Attendance). HR Duties as Support recruitment, on boarding, and HR administration processes
- Managing all vendor supplies including housekeeping / stationary / pantry / office and Petty Cash & Voucher handling as office admin responsibilities
- Management of online portals like Naukri, Apna & WorkIndia and select profiles, schedule candidate interviews
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and should be open to new learning and challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Admin and infrastructure management to ensure hygiene and maintenance of office and Supervise, manage the housekeeping checklist
- Manage Workflow including coordination with the office team and giving support as required
