Role Summary:

The Outreach & Engagement Manager - Retail Marketing will be responsible for driving customer engagement and building brand visibility through innovative retail marketing strategies. This role demands a creative professional with proven expertise in customer outreach, partnership development, and retail campaign management. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to execute impactful marketing initiatives and establish Odespa as a leader in wellness retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive outreach programs to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement within the retail segment.
  • Identify and collaborate with strategic retail partners, including malls, lifestyle stores, and community hubs, to amplify Odespas presence.

Retail Campaign Management:

  • Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations tailored to targeted customer segments.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Customer Engagement:

  • Design and execute engagement initiatives that foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Leverage CRM tools and analytics to monitor customer behaviors, preferences, and feedback, adapting strategies accordingly.

Event Collaboration:

  • Organize and oversee retail-specific events such as wellness workshops, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to attract and retain customers.
  • Represent Odespa at industry trade shows and events to promote the brand and build relationships.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform strategy.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage a team of outreach coordinators, setting clear objectives and ensuring successful execution of campaigns.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure alignment with brand objectives and high performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in retail marketing, outreach, or customer engagement roles, with a strong track record of driving measurable results.

Proven ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Knowledge of the local market and target audience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in Sales and Marketing from a reputed organization.

Experience in the retail industry with multiple outlet pre-opening experience.

Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
