HR Business Partner / HR Generalist

Roles & Responsibilities

• Enabling smooth On-boarding & Induction of New Joiners
• Extending support within the mentioned TATs.
• Responsible for Time Keeping Attendance & Leave Management for Payroll
• Validating Pay sheets for accuracy
• Drafting & Issuing Letters like Appointment, Confirmation, Salary Revision, Warnings & etc
• Organizing Employee Engagement Activities
• Driving PMS - Annual Performance Appraisals & Increment Process
• Maintaining of employee records, support to admin process, Maintenance of leaves, Processing company payroll
• Ability to interface with all levels of the organization specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.
• Handing Exit Interviews & Managing Relieving Formalities including getting the FNF Computation made by payroll team
• Participating in Employee Retention Initiatives
• Solving employee grievances

Key Requirements

• MBA in HR Preferred Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience can also apply
• Excellent English Communication Skills (oral & written)
• Good Hand on Ms Excel is a must (basic functions, vlookup, piviot tables & etc)
• Problem Solver, Positive Attitude, Passionate People Manager
