Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, Implement and Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives and employee satisfaction
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching to employees to improve their skills and job performance
• Plan and organize skip level meetings to ensure employee satisfaction
• Handle grievances from employees in a fair and timely manner
• Design compensation and benefits package
• Induction of new Joiners
• Reviewing new HR trends and bringing reforms in policies which is equally beneficial for company and employees
• Handle the POSH committee.
• Identify the training needs and analyze the steps for further training programs
• Payroll management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
• Proven track record of developing successful HR strategies that drive business results
• Experience of working with Outsourcing companies (KPO, BPO, ITES)
