HR Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct end to end employee hiring , selection and onboarding
• Execute daily HR operational tasks including leave management, employee relationship management, documentations , admin tasks and reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of organisational design, policies and procedures
• Recommend and Implement solutions to improve employee performance, retention and employee experience
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent written and verbal communciation & negotation skills
• Sound working knoweldge of the job portals, and other job posting on social platforms
• Outstanding knowledge of HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
  Good time-management skills.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills
• Working experience in defining JD's, KRA's and other role definitions
