Job Description:

• Validation of Primary and Secondary Freights before approval
• Control on Freight Master
• Validation of Handling Rates
• Review of Godown Rent
• Review of Primary & Secondary Agreements and ensure timely renewal
• Optimal & Suboptimal monitoring & Actions
• Review of SOPs, SOAs of Primary & Secondary operations
• Validation & Review of Damages
• Ensure that all vendors are registered in Vendor Financing
• Periodic vendor balance confirmation
• Prepare monthly provisions files and other required MIS reports
• Reconcile e-way bills for depot dispatches
• Coordinate with auditors for logistics audits
• Maintain and update various SAP masters (e.g., price, product)
• Register godowns as additional business places in GST portals
• Assess sales requirements for opening new depots/rail heads
• Track SDC and analyze variances for cost efficiency
• Periodically review and negotiate secondary freight rates (FOR & FEW), handling charges, and godown rent
• Ensure timely material conversion from fresh to damaged in SAP
• Facilitate recovery from CFAs for damages exceeding company norms/ certified by internal teams/KD associates

Qualification:

CA or MBA Finance

Experience:

15-18 years of experience
