Planning :

- Oversee planning and logistics operations, including raw material and packaging material planning, production scheduling, and demand forecasting to ensure seamless supply chain management and optimal production efficiency.

- Align supply chain planning with production schedules and demand forecasts.

- Planning for new machinery & new plants.

Transport Management:

- Develop and execute transport strategies that align with business goals and market demands.

- Oversee transportation to ensure timely, cost-effective product deliveries from factory to the designated storage facility (cold room/warehouse) and distributors.

Vendor Management:

- Oversee vendor selection, ensuring performance standards for quality, pricing, and delivery with reliable temperature-controlled transport to keep products safe from spoilage.

Cold Chain Management:

- Oversee and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient transportation of products from the manufacturing plant to storage facilities.

- Oversee the generation and verification of invoices for product dispatch, ensuring accuracy in billing and timely submission to the finance team.

- Manage cold storage facilities to maintain product quality and safety.

- Streamline cold chain processes to minimize spoilage and ensure consistent product availability.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all logistics activities meet industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

- Conduct regular safety audits and provide training to ensure a secure working environment.

- Budget Management:

- Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently.

- Analyze ROI to allocate resources to high-impact channels.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the Logistics team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration to drive performance and achieve organizational goals
