Director - Corporate Strategy - IT Services (14-20 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our organization as the Director of Corporate Strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth initiatives, market expansion, and organizational transformation to position the company as a leader in the competitive IT services landscape. This role will require close collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute the company's strategic vision.

1. Strategic Planning & Vision Development

- Develop and execute the corporate strategy to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and operational excellence in the IT services industry.

- Analyze market trends, client demands, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- Formulate strategies for entering new markets and enhancing existing service portfolios.

2. Business Growth & Transformation

- Identify and lead growth initiatives, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, M&A, and new business models.

- Evaluate new revenue streams and disruptive technologies to future-proof the organization.

- Drive digital transformation strategies, leveraging automation, AI, and cloud solutions to enhance service delivery.

3. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to shape the company's strategic roadmap.

- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on market research and data analytics.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with business unit heads, sales, and delivery teams to align organizational goals with the strategic vision.

- Facilitate effective communication of strategic initiatives across all levels of the organization to ensure successful execution.

5. Financial Analysis & Investment Prioritization

- Conduct financial modeling and ROI analysis to evaluate and prioritize strategic investments.

- Develop business cases and present recommendations to the board and executive leadership.

6. Change Management & Organization Transformation

- Lead organization-wide transformation initiatives, including process optimization, digitalization, and workforce upskilling.

- Ensure alignment between strategy execution and cultural transformation goals.

7. Leadership & Talent Development

- Build and lead a high-performing strategy team, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Act as a strategic advisor to the C-suite and mentor emerging leaders within the organization.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 14-15+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or leadership roles within the IT services sector.

- Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies for IT/technology-driven companies.

- Strong understanding of IT services business models, including application development, managed services, and digital transformation.

- Expertise in market entry, M&A, and business model innovation.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- MBA or equivalent degree from a premier institution preferred.
