Digital Head (15-20 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership & System Architecture:

- Implement and evolve the Digital Transformation Roadmap to streamline processes, enhance control, and reduce complexity.

- Oversee technical systems and infrastructure design, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and security across six markets.

- Evaluate and deploy software/hardware solutions to address business challenges.

- Manage the Digital Transformation budget and ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity standards.

- Optimize workflows, mitigate bottlenecks, and simplify processes.

Change Management:

- Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, driving smooth transitions during digital transformations.

- Develop training and communication strategies to support change adoption.

- Lead the successful rollout of customer-facing applications for seamless order and payment processes.

Data Visualization & Analytics:

- Lead the analytics team in designing Power BI dashboards for data-driven decisions.

- Improve reporting systems for actionable insights and real-time performance monitoring.

Team Development & Collaboration:

- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of 15+ technical professionals.

- Promote cross-functional collaboration for smooth solution implementation.

- Encourage innovation and continuous improvement.

Education:

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

- 10-12 years in software development, system architecture, or digital transformation leadership.

Skills:

- Proven team leadership, innovative mindset, cross-functional communication, and adaptability.

Technical Expertise:

- Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure, Node.js.

Preference:

- 3+ years in a multicultural environment with a focus on socio-economic impact.
