- Design, plan and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

- Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the business.

- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth and guide the team for implementing them.

- Analyse internal operations and identify areas of improvement for process enhancement.

- Analyse and interpret data and build a business logic.

- Coordinate with key stakeholders.

- Ensure cohesive community development and manage member expectations.

- Assist in planning and leading various initiatives, Events, Seminars, Forum etc.

- Planning and executing regular community outreach initiatives to boost brand visibility and engagement.

- Communicating Organisation presence online across all platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and other relevant platforms. Coordinating with PR agency for amplifying the brand awareness.
