Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the Role:

The company seeks an accomplished Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead its technology and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading application product development, managing large teams, and driving innovation through emerging technologies like AI/ML. This strategic leadership role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.

- Lead the end-to-end development of application products, ensuring scalability, performance, and innovation.

- Manage and inspire large, diverse teams (minimum of 50 members), fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

- Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive product success.

- Troubleshoots complex challenges in the application lifecycle, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- Integrate advanced technologies, particularly AI/ML, into product development for competitive advantage.

- Oversee the enhancement and optimization of the company's existing tech stack.

- Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices to maintain technological leadership in the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: B.tech/BE, MTech/ME

- Proven experience in a CTO or similar leadership role, driving application product development.

- A stable career trajectory with a history of managing large-scale, impactful projects.

- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.

- Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications.

- Extensive experience managing large teams (50+ members) with a track record of delivering results.

- Familiarity with the technology stack.

- Demonstrated ability to work closely with product teams to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Experience:

- Previous experience in product-based companies.

- Hands-on involvement in managing and scaling the entire product lifecycle.
