Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Technical Officer for our Tech Operations to spearhead the product development and related aspects of Customer Centric business. He/she will come from a background where delivering results and driving innovation is the nature and quality in equal measure. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development. Technocrats having proven experience in Customer Centric are most welcome

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or in a similar capacity within the Start-up / D2C Brand.

- Strong understanding of current technology trends, tools, and platforms relevant to the real estate industry.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of technology professionals.

- Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and strategies that drive organizational success.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a master's degree is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the technological strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.

- Oversee the management and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.

- Lead and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Conduct research to explore emerging technologies that could benefit the real estate industry and the company.

- Collaborate with other executive team members to integrate technology solutions into broader organizational strategies.

- Initiate and manage partnerships with technology vendors and external consultants to enhance technological capabilities.

- Monitor and assess technology trends, ensuring the company remains competitive and complies with industry regulations.
