As a Senior Director HR for leading IT Company your Key Responsibilities will be
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape and implement initiatives that drive business success.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
Talent Management:
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and build a strong employer brand.
- Oversee leadership development programs, succession planning, and employee retention strategies.
- Ensure performance management systems are robust, fair, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Culture and Employee Engagement:
- Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience.
- Foster open communication channels and maintain a strong pulse on organizational morale.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Oversee all HR operations, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Drive the adoption of HR technology and data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
Organizational Development and Change Management:
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring the workforce is equipped to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Utilize change management frameworks to manage transitions effectively and mitigate risks.
- Provide leadership during periods of mergers, acquisitions, and other major organizational changes.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.
- Report on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to inform executive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 25 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience in IT Service Sector is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives, including organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Deep understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging HR data and metrics for decision-making.
