Job Title: Global Head of Human Resources

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our HR department in a fast-paced IT services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, developing strategies to enhance organizational performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. This is a key leadership role, driving HR initiatives that align with the company's growth and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's business goals and align with overall corporate objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Foster a positive company culture that emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Lead HR innovation initiatives, continuously improving HR practices to keep up with industry trends and technologies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Develop programs and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Provide counsel and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure a strong and effective communication channel between leadership and employees.
Performance Management & Development:
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and continuous feedback.
- Develop training and professional development programs to ensure employees' growth and alignment with business objectives.
- Design succession planning programs to identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the development and management of competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans.
- Analyze market trends and recommend adjustments to ensure the company's compensation and benefits remain competitive.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, transparency, and legal compliance.
- Address HR-related legal issues and manage investigations as necessary.
HR Technology & Analytics:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HR software systems and tools.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess employee engagement, retention, and performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve HR functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in an IT services or technology company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations in a technology-driven environment.
- Experience with HR software systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and HR analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and foster a positive work culture.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and multi-disciplinary environment.
