About the role:

The Associate Learning and Development Partner is an entry subject matter expert, responsible for assisting with the delivery of learning and development initiatives for an assigned business unit.

Required:

- Learns how to conduct a learning needs analysis and assist with the implementation of strategies to ensure that these needs are met.

- Offer support to improve learning programs and content and assist with the deployment customized programs based on the needs identified.

- Schedules and coordinates both technical and behavioral learning interventions in line with annual training targets.

- Ensures that learning programs are conducted and facilitated correctly, applying and implementing the best learning tools and methodologies.

- Assists with the development of management information reports on learning and development initiatives and on the progress made in relation to the annual training targets.

- Ensures that all learning and development interventions adhere to company procedure and policy and the relevant country legislation.

- Learns how to enhance the learning and development experience at the organization by assisting with the facilitation of internal learning training, initiatives and platforms.
