Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Job Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai & Delhi.

Job Description:

▪ 3 to 5 years of experience with at-least two years SAP project implementation or production support in HCM modules/sub-modules – focused mainly in Time evaluation and payroll.

▪ Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP implementations Some leadership experience on SAP implementation projects or production support.

▪ Experience configuring multiple SAP modules OR experience across multiple industries.

▪ Two years integration experience with other process areas Nice to have any Fiori or integration/knowledge within SAP SuccessFactors modules.

▪ Must meet or exceed general consulting competencies of Personal Skills, Result Orientation/Quality Management, Customer Management, Corporate Development and Leadership. ▪ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely.

▪ Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management.

▪ Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements Need to be a team player You understand that an employer brand is more than a logo and know how to communicate the value prop of working at our company both authentically and transparently.
