Role & responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in SAP PA, PY, TM, and OM Modules to support HR operations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and documentation for effective data management.
• Apply functional knowledge of Middle East payroll processes, including advance leave salary, EOS payout, annual leaves, GOSI, and provisioning.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of organizational processes and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
• Recommend solutions tailored to the implementation of client HR business processes.
• Design organizational structures, including organizational units, jobs, tasks, and positions, and integrate these into enterprise plans.
• Configure basic settings for Personnel Administration to optimize HR workflows.

Added Advantage

• Experience working with other payroll software or HRMS.
• Hands-on experience developing ABAP reports in coordination with functional teams.
• Provide daily support for system users.
• Experience in payroll configuration and front ending with the customer
• Participate in end-user testing and contribute to the implementation process.
• Ability to execute various actions in PA40 as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: 4 to 7 years.
• Certification: SAP HCM Certified (preferred).
• Domain knowledge: Additional expertise is an advantage.
• Payroll experience: End-user experience is beneficial.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
