HR Organizational Development (OD) Specialist/Manager

The HR Organizational Development (OD) Specialist/Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organizational development initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and overall organizational culture. This role will involve working closely with various business units to drive change management, improve organizational effectiveness, and support continuous talent development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizational Development Strategy:
  
• Design and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on leadership development, employee engagement, and culture enhancement.
• Change Management:
  
• Lead change management initiatives, develop frameworks to manage transitions, and ensure smooth adaptation to business transformations.
• Talent Management:
  
• Create and execute talent management and succession planning programs, identify high-potential employees, and facilitate leadership development.
• Team Development:
  
• Assess team dynamics and collaborate with team leaders to improve effectiveness, communication, and collaboration within teams.
• Organizational Culture:
  
• Partner with leadership to define and nurture the desired organizational culture, ensuring alignment with values and goals..
• HR Analytics:
• Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of OD initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience:
  
• 4+ years in HR with a focus on Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Change Management.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  
• Proven track record in leading change initiatives and organizational transformation.
• Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
• Knowledge of learning and development principles and adult learning theories.
• Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
