Oracle Hcm Techno Functional Consultant

Need your help in getting the profile for Bangalore / HYD location. Please find below the JD:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in HCM with 2~3 Cloud implementation experience.
• Should be able to work on OTL, Core HR, Payroll independently.
• Should be able to handle the Integration issue in the Core HR, Payroll and OTL issue.
• Should be able to configure the Core HR, OTL and Payroll system based on Business requirement.
• Should be able to monitor the Oracle Quarterly Patch upgrade.
• Should be able to do the Manual correction in Oracle HCM system independently.
• Should be able to handle small to large teams in oracle fusion HCM as a lead
• Should be able to handle all the HCM technical issue and guide the team.
• Should have knowledge, hands-on and Certification on Redwood
• Should have excellent communication skills
